Refund Policy

At Back In Balance Therapeutic Massage Spa, located in Delafield, Wisconsin, we are committed to providing high-quality massage therapy services and a positive experience for every client. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Services Rendered

All massage therapy services are non-refundable once they have been provided. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please let us know during or immediately after your session so we can address your concerns.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours-notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the cost of the service.
No-shows may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or missed appointments.

3. Prepaid Services and Packages

Prepaid services, packages, and series are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.
Expiration dates may apply to prepaid packages, in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:

Medical emergencies
Severe weather events
Other unforeseen circumstances

Any exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Back In Balance Therapeutic Massage Spa.

6. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
