  • Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to prepay for future bookings.

     

4. Payments and Pricing

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, personal check, debit card, credit card, gift card.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

     

5. Health and Safety

  • You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate.

  • You acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and may carry inherent risks.

     

6. Professional Conduct

  • Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or misconduct, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Gift Cards and Packages

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Expiration dates and usage terms may apply where permitted by law.
